About Ben

​Ben entered financial services at the age of 21 working in London within the banking sector. Having gained 5 years’ experience, he returned to the North East. Ben qualified as an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) in 2002 and has advised clients on all aspects of their company and personal financial affairs.

He has specialised in pension advice often utilising self-invested pensions to purchase commercial property. Ben enjoys working with clients, developing long term relationships and prides himself on being regarded as trusted adviser.

What do you get up to outside of work?

Away from the office I spend my time with my son and wife, Ros. We love to travel and enjoy mountain climbing.

What do you love about the North East?

As an area it’s got everything you need, from the rolling countryside of North Yorkshire, the Coast Line of Northumberland to the bustling city of Newcastle.

What do you love about your workplace?

Our team, not only are they the best at what they do in our industry, they are also the funniest people I know and make me laugh every day!
